Stress and Your Health

Stress is the reaction of your body, your soul, and your mind to any sort of changes that occurs in your environment whether it is physical, emotional, or spiritual. Any time there is a change; your body, your mind, and your spirit has to adjust to that change and stress is created.

The more significant you perceive that change the more significant the stress is that you are going to experience and can contribute to symptoms of illness. Common symptoms include:
